Morgan helped my friend and I narrow down our choices of resorts and booked everything seamlessly. From the moment we landed in Jamaica, customs took less than 5 minutes and our cab ride to the resort was lovely!
Sunset at the Palms is an absolutely breathtaking resort with so much character, culture, and GREEN! living in a treehouse was an absolute dream.
I cannot say enough about the service, people, and food options everyday. Since the resort is small and intimate we never had to wait for anything and our food (and coffee) was always top tier!
The locals of course heckle you to buy things on the beach everyday but I did not find it to be anything we couldn’t manage. For the most part the people were absolutely amazing.
If you are looking for an intimate, smaller quieter experience I can’t recommend this place enough. Jamaica stole a piece of my heart for sure

Our trip was magical in every way. This resort is absolutely amazing. We reached out to Morgan to help book our 1 year anniversary trip to Cancun in May 2022! She was super helpful throughout the whole process with booking everything, very useful tips, and staying organized and making sure we had everything we needed to travel. She helped us book our resort at the cheapest price and even got up in the middle of the night to book our resort on Black Friday to ensure we got the room we wanted! She helped us find the cheapest time to book flights and gave us helpful tips for booking our excursions, and communicated with our resort to make sure the hotel arranged our private transfer to pick us up at the right time with all of our flight time changes. We loved the travel app she used to organize all our our tickets, confirmation emails, important documents, Covid specific requirements, and things to do in the area in one simple easy to use app! We would have been LOST and all over the place trying to find everything we needed for the airport and other bookings throughout the trip. And we greatly appreciated how quickly she responded to our questions before and during the trip. We plan to use Morgan again for our next trip to a resort!

Where do I begin?! Morgan was absolutely AMAZING throughout our entire year-long planning process! We had originally booked our honeymoon in Cancun (prior to COVID) for June 2020. Our resort ending up closing and we decided to wait to travel. Morgan handled every single thing for the cancellation and spent countless hours on the phone getting us a flight voucher for the money we had deposited. She was extremely prompt and I never had to worry about taking care of anything. Throughout the year, we had her price the resort several different times until we finally decided to travel May 2021. Our flight voucher was only valid through April, but she called and was able to get it extended another few months.
Again, I never had to deal with any of this. Morgan handled everything! The week of our vacation she checked in with us several times to make sure we had everything we needed, hand delivered a box of travel essentials prior to us leaving, and woke up for our early morning flight to make sure everything went smoothly. She is super knowledgeable and has a lot of first hand experience at multiple resorts. She truly goes above and beyond for her clients and I cannot recommend her enough!
