1. Initial Consolation

After filling out a contact form (link below), I will reach out to you based on your initial contact preferences. We can hop on a phone call or chat electronically to talk all about your vacation expectations, dates, travel style, budget, preferences, must do items, and any other details we need to know about your trip. If we’re a good match for one another, we’ll go over package options and see which one best fits your needs before heading on over to phase two.

2. Custom Package Prep

This is our favorite part. In phase two you’ll receive itinerary proposals tailored to the details provided during our initial consultation. You’ll get to look over options and see details catered specifically to your travel desires, budget, dates, and special requests. You’ll be able to provide your feedback and make changes to anything that doesn’t align with your perfect vacay. Basically, we’ll work back and forth until we have the perfect itinerary before moving on to phase three.

3. Let’s BOOK IT

Phase three is when Travel Aesthetic takes care of all of your travel plans. After securely collecting your payment information we will get to work booking all reservations, paying initial deposits, and making any other arrangements related to your booking. All you need to do is pull out your calendar and start counting down the days until departure!

4. Airplane Mode

Here is the best part – you finally get to go on airplane mode! Whether it be a week of unplugging at a luxury, all inclusive resort or a detailed safari through the plains of Africa; this is your time to vacation! We will check in along the way, making sure all of our travel providers are taking the very best care of you until your feet are back on US soil.
