Europe Planning Fees:
Custom European packages will incur a nonrefundable per country planning fee of $100.00 and a per city planning fee of $50.00 for all locations included in your itinerary.
With these planning fees, we are available to pre-plan trip excursions, assist with advance ticket reservations, and arrange rail/air/ferry travel between European countries.
Should you want to upgrade your planning level to include dinner reservations there will be an additional planning fee addressed at a time of booking.
Additionally, starting in 2023, Travel Aesthetic will charge a nonrefundable planning fee for arranging airfare of $25.00 per person each direction payable with your initial deposit (group travel may incur a larger per person fee). With the fee we will be available to make airline adjustments for you prior to and during travel if flight disruptions occur.
If you would rather arrange your own air and forgo the planning fee, please provide your flight information after booking so we may arrange your airport pick up and return.
