  4. Complimentary group trip brochure detailing trip rates and inclusions
  5. Overall trip management – bookings, payments, in destination airline transfers, special requests, travel insurance, etc.
  6. Travel documentation management – all travel documentation delivered via personalized travel portal link for easy access all in one place
  7. Optional menu of excursions available to add during your trip
  8. Optional menu of resort group add ons when available
  9. Trip monitoring – prior, during, and post trip monitoring to make sure everything is running smoothly

*In most cases, a minimum of 10 rooms is required to secure discounted group rates

**Standard group packages do not include airfare but it can be added for an additional fee
