Overall the trip was amazing! Truly couldn’t have gone any better. No issues at all. We didn’t have a single negative experience and everything went exactly how we planned 🙂 We rode the metro, walked around at 1am alone, rode the RER A, everyone was super nice and we never saw or felt any danger at all. Paris was magical 🙂 We had the best time!

Morgan was absolutely AMAZING! She took care of us so well and listened to everything we wanted. There were many twists and turns in our trip and she was always enthusiastic to help and make other suggestions. She is so quick to respond, even in different times zones. Morgan did the most incredible job planning my Europe trip. From the transportation to the hotels to the activities, she was very thoughtful about timing, ease, and my travel style. Everything was on budget, her communication was clear and quick. I wanted to go from Germany to Switzerland to Austria, so it wasn’t the easiest trip to plan, and she nailed it. I wanted to experience the culture and also had skydiving out of a helicopter as my two priorities, and she found the most perfect tours and companies to make my wishes come true.

Europe Planning Fees:
Custom European packages will incur a nonrefundable per destination planning fee of $100.00 for each location included in your itinerary. This fee structure is based on two travelers sharing accommodations. Should you want to add a third traveler in the same room, a $50.00 per location fee will be assessed for the third traveler.
With these planning fees, we are available to pre-plan all travel accommodations, pre-plan trip excursions, assist with advance ticket reservations, and arrange rail/air/ferry travel between European countries. Should you want to upgrade your planning level to include dinner reservations there will be an additional planning fee addressed at a time of booking.
NOTE: If you plan to travel with a small group and/or trekking journey, travel planning fees are typically waived.
Additionally, starting in 2023, Travel Aesthetic will charge a nonrefundable planning fee for arranging international airfare of $25.00 per person each direction payable with your initial deposit (group travel may incur a larger per person fee). With the fee we will be available to make airline adjustments for you prior to and during travel if flight disruptions occur.
If you would rather arrange your own air and forgo the planning fee, please provide your flight information after booking so we may arrange your airport pick up and return.
