*Starting in 2023, Travel Aesthetic will charge a nonrefundable planning fee for arranging airfare of $30.00 per person per direction payable with your initial deposit (group travel may incur a larger per person fee). With the fee we will be available to make airline adjustments for you prior to and during travel if flight disruptions occur.

If you would rather arrange your own air and forgo the planning fee, please select “NO” and adjust your travel budget to exclude airfare.
