South Africa
Africa Planning Fees:
Custom Africa packages will incur a nonrefundable per destination planning fee of $125.00 for each location included in your itinerary. This fee structure is based on two travelers sharing accommodations. Should you want to add a third traveler in the same room, a $65.00 per location fee will be assessed for the third traveler.
With these planning fees, we are available to pre-plan all travel accommodations, pre-plan trip excursions, assist with advance ticket reservations, and arrange rail/air/ferry travel between African countries. Should you want to upgrade your planning level to include dinner reservations there will be an additional planning fee addressed at a time of booking.
NOTE: If you plan to travel with a small group and/or trekking journey, travel planning fees are typically waived
Additionally, starting in 2023, Travel Aesthetic will charge a nonrefundable planning fee for arranging international airfare of $30.00 per person each direction payable with your initial deposit (group travel may incur a larger per person fee). With the fee we will be available to make airline adjustments for you prior to and during travel if flight disruptions occur.
If you would rather arrange your own air and forgo the planning fee, please provide your flight information after booking so we may arrange your airport pick up and return.
